By providing your contact information and consent, you have acknowledged, agreed, and provided your express written consent for Credit9, LLC (“Credit9”) to deliver calls or text messages to you, including for marketing purposes regarding debt relief or debt consolidation services, using an automatic telephone dialing system or automated technologies, or an artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice, to the phone number you have provided, even if it is currently listed on any federal, state, local, internal or corporate Do-Not-Call (“DNC”) List.
Credit9 will not share your phone number with any third party, unless explicitly authorized by you at the time you provided your consent.
Marketing Calls/Texts
With your consent, Credit9 will contact you via the means mentioned above to market its debt relief or debt consolidation services.
You understand that you do not have to consent to receive these types of calls or text messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and that you may call us at 888-211-2660 to continue any conversation.
Transactional and Relationship Calls/Texts
As timely communications are critical to success in Credit9 programs, clients who enter into an Agreement with Credit9 consent to receive updates and documents relating to the Agreement and the services and programs offered by Credit9 via the means mentioned above. You may specify the channels through which you prefer to receive such updates, and you may contact Credit9 at any time to opt-out of receiving updates through specific channels.
Consent to this section is not required in order to make any future purchases of new services or offers.
Responses to Your Inquiries
When you call us to inquire about our services, we may call or text you in order to respond to your questions, as well as to assist you in completing your application, conducting consumer satisfaction surveys, and other matters related to the servicing of your existing or soon-to-be account.
Opt Out Instructions
Your consent to receive calls or texts from Credit9 is completely voluntary. You may opt-out at any time, by calling us at (888) 374-8778 or emailing [email protected]. Visit https://credit9.com/dnc/ for more information. In addition, to opt out of text messages, you may reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REMOVE to any text message from Credit9.
Upon receipt of an opt-out request, Credit9 may ask you to clarify your opt-out request. For example, Credit9 may ask whether you desire to opt-out of only certain types of messages (e.g., marketing), or prefer not to be contacted in certain ways (e.g., prefer to receive texts, but not be called).
We reserve the right to revise this Messaging Policy in accordance with applicable law.
